In our working practices, we basically try to keep to existing external as well as internal guidelines and regulations (DIN EN 15038) , provided this is feasible, reasonable, efficient and in the best interests of the customer. This means that it is our constant endeavour to provide the best-possible quality and project management we can, with the human and technical resources we have at our disposal.

As well as the procedures agreed individually with our customers (such as additional special review processes involving the customer's local branch offices) our quality management is subject to the highest standards for the industry and employs meaningful processes (such as using customer TMs, terminology lists, reference material, further completeness and spelling checks, checking for tag errors, compliance with customer terminology/consistency checks, etc.).
